A couple of one-offs
So the last few weeks I have mostly been painting for pleasure. Not that it isn't normally pleasurable, but I mean without any aim of building an army, just because I like the figures. First up, a classic wardancer figure. Playing around with bright colours, patterns and a ridiculously oversized base!
And next, a very lovely classic minotaur figure my good friend Mr Roddy got me for Christmas. He reckoned it could be easily fimmified for my boggy army, but I think it's too nice a model to do that to! This guy's base isn't quite finished, I need to paint the green-stuff-stonework at his feet, and maybe add some gravel to his labyrinth.

Another Dirach--- Balefiend--- not mine!
Gere's a gribbly monster... very different from the average Fimir, this guy's been on the bogpies! Very much liking the pure gribble though, excellent work!

The master of masques
A friend recently began a new eldar army, based around a harlequin troupe. As a belated Christmas present I furnished him with this 'Farseer' to fit into his theme... a resplendant circus ring master in top hat and tails with a venetian carnival mask.
