    1. Believe it or not, your post was the first time I'd ever so much as heard of Bucky O'Hare. It's solid 80s gold, but I completely missed it at the time. My childhood was almost completely devoid of comic books. Didn't buy my first contemporary production comic until maybe 1990 or so. And even now my tastes are pretty . . . eclectic. But B O'H is right up my "weird" alley. I've missed so much . . .

    2. It had such a short run on TV! They really fluffed the action figure line and it killed the series sadly. I actually had permission to start work on a range of licensed miniatures for Bucky O Hare but did some market research and there just wasn't enough interest. Really sad the exposure wasn't much bigger, as you say it is solid gold!

  3. I loved the TV series (even though I was no child by '91) but I never realized there was a Bucky comic book in the 80s. I always firmly believed Bucky himself had comic book roots, probably because of the first ever Star Wars "sequel":

    My love for that story arc no doubt primed me to also love Bucky! :D
